ABOUT
FIVE14

Who We Are

Authentic. Creative. Passionate.

Five14 is a church experience that welcomes you and your family wherever you are on your journey.

We dress casually. We like our music loud.

We care deeply. We laugh often.

Our Name

Five14 Church comes from Matthew 5:14, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden."

We exist to bring light to a dark world.

Our BUILDING

To lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

From the day the church opened in 2010 until March of 2020, we rented the New Albany Early Learning Center and met there for our Sunday gatherings. This space was certainly a blessing, but in 2014 we began a generosity initiative with the vision of having a church building of our own. The goal was audacious, and we knew that if it were going to happen, God would have to move in our community. The initiative was called “WE CAN’T” because with a goal like that, we knew that WE CAN’T… BUT GOD CAN.

Through the tremendous generosity of the church moving towards a unified vision, we obtained financing (see details here) and broke ground on the building at 5744 N. Hamilton Road in March 2018 and opened in March 2020. The building is 36,000 square feet with a main auditorium and separate spaces for our Kids Ministry on Sunday mornings and Student events throughout the week. It has been such a blessing for our community – we would love for you to come visit!
